Flu Shots! 
This year let us use the annual flu shot propaganda to remind us to take the necessary steps to be healthier.

Make sure that you get plenty of sleep every night, drink filtered water, eat an abundance of fresh raw fruits and vegetables, exercise regularly and learn to manage stress in a more healthful way.

Also it is important to avoid sugary drinks, refined grains and junk food.

Remembering to stay regular with your chiropractic adjustments will go a long way toward keeping your body functioning well. All of the above suggestions will only help so much if your body is not working optimally because of subluxating stress.
