Unlike chiropractic, regarding diet we do not have a major premise to deductively work from.
That being stated, from personal and clinical experience it seems that the more you substitute whole healthy unprocessed plant foods for meat, oil, dairy (especially cheese), and processed food, the leaner, healthier, more energetic, and attractive you will become.
